To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount has to be paid within the 5 days after the booking.
If the reservation will be cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival day, we keep the advance payment of 30%. On cancelations within less than 5 days before arrival we ask 50% of the total amount.
In case of force majeure, only when people cannot travel to us due to officially closed borders, we will convert the deposit into a credit that can be used later.

Buchungskonditionen
Um die Buchung zu bestätigen, ist eine Anzahlung von 30% des Gesamtbetrages innerhalb der 5 Tage nach der Buchung erforderlich.
Wenn die Buchung weniger als 15 Tage vor dem Anreisetag storniert wird, behalten wir die Azahlung von 30%. Bei Stornos in weniger als 5 Tagen vor Anreisetag sind 50% des Gesamtbetrags fällig.
Im Falle höherer Gewalt, nur wenn die Personen nicht zu uns reisen können aufgrund von offiziell geschlossenen Grenzen, kann die Anzahlung in einen Kredit umgewandelt und für eine spätere Buchung benutzt werden.

Appena effettuata la prenotazione richiediamo un acconto del 30% dell’importo totale come conferma, da pagare entro 5 giorni dopo la prenotazione.
Se la prenotazione viene cancellata meno di 15 giorni prima del giorno di arrivo, verrà trattenuto l'acconto pari al 30%. Da cancellazioni in meno di 5 giorni dal giorno di arrivo calcoliamo il 50% del prezzo totale.
In caso di forza maggiore, solamente se le persone non possono visitarci a causa di frontiere ufficialmente chiuse, l’acconto può essere convertito in un credit da usare per una prenotazione futura.
